SPECIALTY AREAS:

CREATIVE FINANCING: This is the most rewarding specialty at IMG. We take the challenge of borrowers who are difficult to finance through most banks, and find the perfect program to suit their needs. Sometimes it is not the borrower, but more the property itself. When these types of properties need special attention to detail because of the uniqueness of the land, its location, the development it is in, excess acreage, or waterfront issues are involved sometimes it takes a creative touch to get the financing through. Our Credit Repair Package explains the credit report and the factors considered in determining a borrowers credit risk as well as steps and strategies to correct and improve an individual's credit.
