A Letter From the President

It seems as though over the last ten to fifteen years most companies in our country have done everything possible to try and prove to their clients that they are honorable, full of integrity, and maintain a level of ethics that are second to none. Most people are flooded with ads full of reassurance that always seem to be empty. We are sold on a blanket of security that lies within a promise reinforced with a handshake that never seems to deliver. The ethics one must practice in order to be considered honorable are tough. The road one must travel to integrity is a long and lonely journey. Finally, the amount of work and effort one must put in to earn respect is endless. Has American business lost its way? Has the American consumer become completely ignorant to what is going on around them? Here at Integrity Mortgage Group, we believe that this is could not be further from the truth.

We have spent almost ten years now servicing the people all over the State of Florida. Every day, day after day, we strive to improve ourselves so that we might serve our clients better. Some people say that there isn't much in a name nowadays. Well, our name is everything to us so we take it very seriously. You might be impressed with our service, or maybe our great personalities. We may have the best rates and fees with a vast variety of programs for each individual's unique yet equally important needs. Even though we believe all of this is so very important, at the end of the day it all comes down to our name. About the President

In 1988, Jason Thurber, the President and founder of Integrity Mortgage Group began his career in real estate development with J.T. and Sons Construction out of Smithfield, Rhode Island. J.T. and Sons was a company that specialized in the development, restoration, rehab and management of multi-family, commercial and residential properties. As Vice President, Jason worked closely with the President in the financing and management of the company's vast projects and real estate holdings.

From J.T. & sons, Jason moved to Rogler Farm Realty & Associates, also of Rhode Island, as a sales manager. Initially hired for his sales skills, his knowledge of the industry caught the attention of the corporate head and his true potential was realized in his second year when he was assigned to finance and development for the company. For three years Jason worked closely with banks, realtors and land developers on the financing for development and construction of multiple homesites and subdivisions in the New England Area.

Jason relocated to Florida in 1993 to expand the development area for Rogler Farm Realty & Associates. Then in 1996, he was offered a position by Key Mortgage Corp. and was hired as the Assistant Vice President. He was immediately put in charge of production for the company. During his ten months in this capacity, Jason created a marketing system which he cultivated into a network of referral sources that exceeded 100 clients, professionals and businesses.

In 1997 Jason opened Integrity Mortgage Group, Inc. In the last 10 years he has been responsible for the company's growth from a one man operation closing over 100 loans per year to having fifteen employees closing about 300 loans per year. Integrity Mortgage Group is a Correspondent Lender with HUD Certification specializing in all types of creative financing from FHA/VA, Subprime, Hard Equity, No Doc, Stated and Limited Doc, and any other alternative lending programs. The company is on track to expand to over thirty employees within the next three to five years, averaging about 1200 loans per year. Ultimately, Integrity Mortgage Group will be obtaining its Full Lending License and warehouse line of credit so that IMG will be able to fund and service long term their own Subprime and Hard Equity loans.

Integrity Mortgage Group has closed loans statewide in 61 of the 67 counties in Florida.
